The Bull & Bear was established as a true passion project in 2003 by Tommy O’Reilly and Tom Kelley.  Over the years the market has changed and requires adaptability to modern trends.  When Earon and I met Tom and Tommy, we were eager to help forge a new identity together with these great masters of their craft.  

Starting in January of 2025 we have begun the slow and steady growth of a new taproot here in the Westchase District of our beloved Houston, Texas.  We hope you will enjoy as we discover the essence of Tommy’s Irish-American journey and Tom’s shrewd business acumen and join forces with them to forge a new and lasting brand.
